These terms set the rules for using Bath County Court Records. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it further.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official court records, jail records, warrants, marriage records, divorce certificates, probate files, or County Clerk records, and we cannot pull or file documents for anyone.

We point visitors toward Bath County and Kentucky public-records resources, including court portals, clerk offices, agency pages, and third-party search tools that may help with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

  • Do not break any federal, Kentucky, Bath County, or local law while using this site
